Ms. Kaye delivered it with style, complete with humor, swoon worthy hero, an HEA with enough romance, and a good amount of sexy.

Ms. Kaye delivered it with style, complete with humor, swoon worthy hero, an HEA with enough romance, and a good amount of sexy. ~Under the Covers

I have become an automatic fan of Ms Kaye after reading Hometown Girl (Redhook #.5). Ms. Kaye delivered as I predicted. BACK TO YOU is just as heartwarming, sexy and definitely enthralling as its prequel.

Ms Kaye wrote a story of second chances not only for Storm and Bree but Nikki and a lost dog. A story of abandoned individuals and how they can rise up from a bad situation with the help of others that can and do care. And finally, realizing that finding true love is more than a possibility.

Storm Decker never thought to come back to the Red Hook neighborhood of Brooklyn. His memories of where he grew up were not the best. He has worked hard to make something of himself and going back to Brooklyn was not part of his plans. But his foster dad Pete has become ill and his family needs him. Bree also grew up in Redhook. She has become Pete’s “right hand man” and is now in charge of his care and his family owned bar. Bree and Storm grew up together but it was never a sibling relationship between them. It was more like teen love. Time has passed and it’s time to find out if their childhood feelings are more than they ever felt.

I love reading about Storm and Bree. Their story was dreamy and I love to see
what-ifs tales get their happy-ever-after. The secondary characters were also a treat, especially Nikki who just made my eyes tear from her past and sweet comments. Not to forget, a glimpse of the sexy Simon, the bartender from Hometown Girl was an added bonus.

Ms. Kaye delivered it with style, complete with humor, swoon worthy hero, an HEA with enough romance, and a good amount of sexy. I recommend this to anyone who gets weak kneed from a successful, romantic and sexy heroes because Storm is exactly that!

    Good love story

I almost didn't read this based on other reviews. I'm glad I ignored them and read it. Storm returns to help his foster father during his illness and to face the feelings he has for the woman he ran out on 11 years ago. Bree has to face the fact that she's still in love with Storm but hasn't forgiven him for leaving her. I have to agree with another reviewer, she was a hard woman to like, very frustrating. However, the story was good, the characters were good and watching their love grow and mature was enjoyable. I'm ready to read about the rest of the family!

Back To You by Robin Kaye is the first book in a new series, Bad

Back To You by Robin Kaye is the first book in a new series, Bad Boys of Red Hook.

Storm Decker has not been back to Red Hook in many years. It takes the man who raised him falling ill to have him come home. Storm left to avoid hurting his “dad” by his feelings for Breanna Collins. But Pete is facing a major illness and Storm is needed at home. His first night back he comes face to face with Breanna and her lethal skillet.

Breanna Collins has never forgiven Storm for running out on their ill timed romance. He broke her heart and Breanna is trying to let it go. But she has the family bar to take care of so she needs Storm’s help in taking care of Pete and Pete’s newest foster child.

Old feelings are still there and more powerful then before. Can Breanna convince Storm that Red Hook isn’t the bad place of his childhood and to get him to stay to give their love a fighting chance?

Back To You is a wonderful combination of fun, sass and deep emotions. Breanna and Storm will touch your heart and you can’t read this book fast enough to get to the happy ending. Looking forward to the next book by this author.
