It's so hard to find lovely books for Jewish children, tales that include the traditions or elements of our faith in a natural way 'as part of the background and assumed'. This book achieves that. This story of goodwill is heart-felt and sweet. I literally cried the first time I read it. And, in the end, while elements of the story will make Jewish children feel at home, it's a tale anyone can benefit from reading!
