    My new favorite cookbook

I've been cooking for a long time and this book gave me a fresh outlook on food. This book got me to think about using certain ingredients together that I hadn't thought of before. This book really helped to jump start my creativity again.

Victoria Cooksey's book signing was awesome!

Wow! I recently went to one of Victoria's book signings at Barnes and Noble. She did this really neat baking demonstration at the beginning and offered some fun garnishing tips and tricks too! If you get the chance go to one of her signings and grab up a copy of her book for yourself and one for a friend! It's so nice to have a young cooking role-model for a change!

    Interesting cookbook.

Easy to make and fast, this book offers a lot of insight to the budding cook. For those that are new to the kitchen, this is a good start. The book lacks visual appeal, a must for any culinary work. The writing style is somewhat too personal, and because it is a paperback, it does not lend itself to kitchen use.

Thank you!!! Finally someone has written a book that has simple, fast, and easy recipes for the common man that taste gourmet!!! No more ridiculous, over-the-top, pricey fantasy world Martha Stewart or Ina Garten nonsense!! I love you Victoria!!!!
