Looks Good but be Careful
After making one recipe from the book and looking through the rest I found a couple of problems. The recipe I made had a large amount of Splenda (almost 2 Cups) which ended up giving the final result an unpleasant aftertaste that made it inedible. I also wanted to re-write one of the recipes to omit an ingredient I didn't like, and found that the nutrition information on the original recipe was off by 50 calories per serving. So if calorie accuracy is important to you, you'll need to be careful when making the recipes. These things in mind, I still have lots more recipes to try from the book that look good, but will stick to one's that have less total splenda in the recipe.
