    Great for Practice Tests!

I mostly used it for its practice tests (which were of course, really really hard compared to the real test, but still helped me). I also used Kaplan, Princeton Review, and Peterson's, mostly for their practice tests as well. I scored a 760 in the end.

Just back from the SAT II in Chemistry

This book will probably be outdated by the time I send this message, because there are no more 'SAT II: Chemistry Tests,' but are now known as the SAT Subject Test in Chemistry. Anywho, I thought this was the best review book I used. I felt that it did a comprehensive review of the topics, (although on my June 4th 2005 SAT II, there were ABSOLUTELY NO NUCLEAR QUESTIONS), which he devotes a huge chapter to. Anyway, it was a good book, and far better than Kaplan. With this, you'll obviously get 700+.

    ScienceGeek's Review

I thought that this book was very good and helpful in preparing me for the SAT II. I am interested in the stuff so I found it interesting, however to many it probably would be boring. I got a 760 on my test and this was the only book I used. Like I said...very helpful

Great review book and practice tests

This books is outstanding. It covers everything on the book and probably a little more. However, you should probably use it in conjunction with a textbook. If you go through this book and do the questions and tests and understand it, you will get 700+ easily.

It isn't exciting, but it gets the job done

This book does exactly what it's supposed to: Prepares you for the SAT II in Chemistry. It covers the topics in great detail and, as far as I could tell, didn't leave anything out. The downside is that it's pretty boring. However, it's not so dull that it's unreadable, and the benefits of buying it aren't terribly affected. I didn't love this book, but would recommend it to anybody who needs a helping hand with their SAT II.
