not the best for ebook!
I found this book very wordy and not very reader-friendly... unless you happen to be an Opthamologist. I was looking for what exercises to do to help correct my vision without glasses, and finally found the actual excercises in the last chapter of the book. Also, there is a chart that the author refers to, which is on the back cover of the book. This chart is not listed as a page on the e-book (Nook version). In doing the exercises, there are references to using the missing chart; so, I really don't feel that I got my money's worth from this purchase.

Nineteen years later, still no glasses!
I bought this book in 1981. At the time, I was starting to have difficulty reading freeway signs, especially at night. Everyone in my immediate family wore glasses and I was afraid that maybe my time had finally come. After doing the excercises for a few weeks, my vision improved significantly. Eighteen years later, I still have no problem with those freeway signs.
