RIP is NOT THE SENDOFF Bruce Wayne deserved
old enough to have had my life thrown into upheaval with the reboots done in the 80s on the Trinity (and aquaman!). Purchase knowing this is a collection and not a stand alone graphic novel and therefore you will never be able to get every step of the story and there will be points in the book where you'll be thinking you're missing something. overall an intelligent read, a gripping story due to the MUCH HYPED conclusion pending. Overall feeling: Reboots are gonna happen, Conclusion is lacking, Morrison has written better Batman stories, art is quality not elite, leaves you expecting BATMAN RESURRECTION??

AWESOME!
This book is very very good.
Even though it does become confusing toward the end but it gets to the point.
But like I said AWESOME.1 out of 1 people found this review helpful.

The End...?
Though the ambiguity is fierce, it fits perfectly with this fast-paced, high octane thrill ride. If you thought The Joker was sick before, wait til you see him in Batman R.I.P. Who is the Black Glove? That's a great question. What's real and what isn't? Well, you'll have to read this and come to your own conclusions. Highly Recommended.

One of the Best Batman books ever.
Tony Daniel brings everything to the table and it gets better. Grant Morrison executes his plot in a way that kept me in suspense. I loved the Story and its many Themes. Most amazing panels ever!!

Morrison continues to try to confuse readers!
Many readers say the like Grant Morrison's "smart" writing style. I think they're lying trying to look "smart" to others. Its almost impossible for me to believe that readers actually followed this storyline all the way through. Morrison does everything in his power to throw things at the reader whether they stick or not, he doesn't care. The plot, whatever plot there was, was a tangled mess. The only reason this book isn't rated lower is Tony Daniel's art. I remember his art very differently from his work on X-Force in the '90s. I really enjoyed his Batman here. It was good, the writing was really bad. Actually it was unacceptable for a DC Comics flagship title.

Very Interesting
This book has a creative story that boggles ones minds and wonders if Batman himself is insane. TOTALLY AWSOME
