It's about a kid who found a book and it said how to be perfect in just three days. Now of course he wasn't perfect! But he still took the book. First, he wore a sack of broccoli. The next day he didn't eat. The last day he couldn't do anything except sip some tea. Then he messed up and he thought he had to start over. Then he thought he didn't need to follow the book to be perfect. He then found out that the book was all a joke. B.BWas this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Excellent read-aloud book for 3-5th graders
If you are guest reader for third-fifth graders, you can read this with a dramatic and quick voice in about 50 minutes. I've had two separate and entire classes of kids enrapt for this book. It is a spoof of the fix-yourself-quick books many adults grab off the shelves and it delivers a message about being less hard on yourself. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
