A place in time
Let it Be is the first time I've been brought inside the days and nights of January, 1969 when the fab four were recording songs for, arguably the two best albums ever made, Let it Be and Abbey Road. The details of who, where, inside stories, the guitars, the equipment, Phil Spector, Bill Preston, the fun, the troubles. It makes me wish I could go back to that place in time to witness some fabulous musical history. Though I can't, I feel like I got pretty close inside this book. Thanks so much to the author, Steve Matteo for this and your book on Bob Dylan. What's next?
