I don't usually write reviews, but I had to for this book. I LOVE it! It has everything I was looking for, meal plans, a realistic weight loss plan, exercises, and even great tasting and easy to make recipes. I saw results the first week I started and continue to see improvements everyday. This book does a great job explaining what belly fat is, why it's dangerous, how we accumuate it, and a step by step process to get rid of it. A must read!Was this review helpful? Great book! Great results!
I picked up this book to get a headstart on losing weight before the New Year. I love how it is broken into three seperate plans so you can really fine one that is customized and works for you! I have been following it for less than 2 weeks and have already lost about 2 inches on my waistline! Love the recipes and the exercises as well!Was this review helpful?
