    Favorite

    I grew up with em and im in my 20s now, but this book was my fav! I had so much of these books at home. I dont even know where there are now....:(

    Educational and Entertaining for kids

    I am a mother of 3 and a Registered Dietitian. I found this book to be better than I expected in terms of educating children on good eating habits. My kiddos also found it to be entertaining! I recommend this book!

    A nightly favorite

    My 3 year old daughter loves the entire Berenstain Bears collection. She loves books but every night for the past 2 weeks this book as been THE ONE to read before bed. She loves the part about your body being a system of organs and connecting the 'systems' to her own body. It is a good book to reinforce the importance of choosing your food wisely - not just because "Mom says so".

    Great teaching tool for my toddler

    We purchased this book just before Halloween to being the discussion of Junk Food and it worked. Don't get me wrong my almost 3 year old still wants junk and candy, but now we talk about healthy nutritious food and the benefits of exercise as well.

    Berenstain Bears-- You have got to love every Berenstain Bears book!

    This book is great because not only is it interesting and easy to read, but it teaches children valuable lessons for life. It is so much fun. (This review also reflects the rest of the Berenstain Bears books.)

    Love these books!

    I love these books! If you have young children, younger siblings, or you yourself are a young kid, buying these books. It is, in my oppinion, a good idea.
    Theyre fun and enjoyable for children around the ages 3-10, I think. Maybe even older.
