Very good story, even though the plot became a little complicated.

Catherine Morrissey is overwhelmed when her sister¿s body is fou

Catherine Morrissey is overwhelmed when her sister’s body is found. Catherine had prayed that her sister would show up unharmed.
Catherine flew to Washington to find out from the police what exactly happened. She was determined to find out who killed her sister,
sometimes doing some foolish things along the way.

Joseph Rossi is a very handsome investigative reporter who befriends Catherine (long distance) during her sister's disappearance.
They developed a close relationship and had very strong feelings for each other even though they had not met. Being a reporter Joe
could not resist printing some of the private information Catherine had told him relating to her sister. Joe was very nice to Catherine
during their long-distance relationship however, once Catherine found out that it was Joe who leaked the personal information she
told him, she changed her mind about Joe being a nice guy.  As the story progresses, we see another side to Joe which is wonderful.
He actually is really nice and kind so Catherine again has strong feelings for him.

I absolutely loved Joe.  He was gorgeous (a must), kind and thoughtful.  This does not equal a true to life man but he is great in a novel.  I didn't see Catherine as Joe apparently did since he fell in love with her.  She came across as intelligent and determined, but some of the things she did were not too smart.  I mean really, going to Ned's place by herself - not too smart.

More editing would have been nice.  There were a few spots where I thought I missed something, like when Joe laid Catherine on the
bed and in the next paragraph she was sitting with her legs hanging over the edge of the bed.

    I did enjoy this book.

I won this copy of Betrayed By Trust.
