Many great recipes!
This cookbook is great, it has all the basic recipes for jams/jellies but also many variations for them. Like the recipe for strawberry jam has options for using kumquats, ginger ale, Marsala wine or pink peppercorn. It is arranged very well and has good instructions. The only disappointing thing was I had bought a little magazine type cookbook from better homes and gardens in 2011. And this book had every same recipe, there were only 10 new recipes. But believe me last year that magazine got used a lot and was getting worn out. So I guess it's a good thing I got this book too. I have made strawberry margarita jam, peach jam, blackberry port jam, cinnamon blueberry jam, strawberry rhubarb salsa, dilly beans, cider and spice jelly, carrot cake jam, lime kiwi freezer jam, apple butter and cranberry jalapeño jelly. They all turned out amazing and made wonderful Christmas presents last year and I'm making more for this year!
