A MUST HAVE!!
This cookbook is a must have if you are considering becoming a vegetarian. Even if you are only interested in just a couple meatless meals during the week - this is the perfect book. The recipes are not like the ones in other vegetarian cookbooks where the ingredients are hard to find and you know there's no way in the world your family will touch the food. The recipes are easy and so delicious, and you will not miss the meat! You can also make easy changes for your family's taste preferences and needs. It even has slow cooker recipes for busy cooks. I have several vegetarian cookbooks and this one is by far the best.

Originally I took this out of the library and loved it so much that when I had renewed it as much as I could I ran out and bought it! The recipes are simple, easy, everyday foods that you'd typically eat--with the advantage that they are all meat free. For those who think vegetarianism=deprived, you have a big surprise coming!
