This is a great cookbook
I purchased this cookbook and tryed some of the recipies. They turned out really well. I have been cooking for over 40 years now and this makes life a little easier. The only suggestion I would make is to use low sodium ingredients such as broths and canned goods or if you are really ambitious make your own broths and freeze them. Summer may be a good time to use fresh tomatoes instead of canned. The sodium count in some of the recepies seem a little high because of the canned goods used otherwise this is a great book.
