    Absolute Greatness

Ken's Book is great it offers a look into his personal life, giving us a look at the other side of Ken. The instuctional part of this book is detailed and easy to follow.

    Not bad

Half bio, half MMA instruction. The bio side of things is a bit brief but well written despite a couple of typos (Ric Flare). The MMA part of the book is fairly detailed and well illustrated.
