Guidance before you use "The Secret"

This book follows on the success of "The Secret" and imbues the reader with reasonable caution to think twice about getting that Maserati all the girls will swoon over. There are solid steps to take in reviewing your desires as a fleshpot mind-game player, and finding new motivation for your materialism. The author illustrates nicely that there is a spiritual component to all that "Intention Madness" and it carries consequences. Lisa puts you on the right track, and to be fair, this book should be the preface to The Secret" so you know in advance the errors you can make in asking a neutral universe for WHATEVER you want.

The focus of the book is narrow in concept, as it must be, to nail down the specifics on a certain endeavor, but if you are a serious intention generator, you'll find this book useful. "The Secret" is not as cautious with doling out caveats as this book, because they wanted to draw in the unbeliever. The guidance here, though, outlines the need for a clear picture of what you are doing when you do make that call to the galaxy.
If you believe in the power of intention, this book will give you guidance to avoid a lot of pain.

One of the Best Law of Attraction Books I've Ever Read

If you have been reading law of attraction books I really recommend this one. I originally picked it up because of the idea that it had a more spiritual approach to the law of attraction. But, I was really pleasantly surprised to find out how much practical information is in this book. I especially liked that there were so many techniques. There must be about forty or fifty in here! I don't think I have found any other book on the topic with so much information in the way of tools like this one. And, I liked how the author outlined these techniques into her ten step process. This helped me understand how to put first things first to be sure I was using the law of attraction in a spiritual way and taking into account a lot of processes other law of attraction books tend to miss. Like looking out for the shadow in others. Especially fun was her information on the shadow side of the law of attraction. Thinks like the covet wish, downfall wish, evil wish etc. This was even kind of funny. Best of all is the summary at the end of the book. She shows you twenty different things The Secret believes and she believes in her Beyond the Secret book. I liked how she outlined them so clearly. In short a really good book and read at a price that was easy to afford.

    A reviewer

This thoroughly important book is not just an extension of the ¿gimme¿ components of the Law of Attraction but rather, a deeper understanding of calling into your life God¿s intentions for ¿abundance¿ for your life. As the author reminds us, ¿You can get what you want, but if not sanctioned, you it¿s highly unlikely you¿ll get to keep it.¿ Trained in somatic psychology, and in Marriage, Family and Child therapy, as well as Transpersonal Psychology, Spiritual Psychology and Esoteric Philosophy, Dr. Love brings twenty-five years of research and experience to help us understand how the various spiritual disciplines interface with the soul, mind, emotions, and body. It is this background that makes this book an important read...and one we can trust to have substance...and usefulness. Bettie B.
