In 2006 I used to weigh 345 pounds and wanted to lose weight and improve my health and I didn't know how to do it. One day I saw Dr. Don Colbert on TV talking about how to lose weight and he talked about a little book he had written on weight loss entitled "The Bible Cure For Weight Loss And Muscle Gain". I read the book and learned to eat whole healthy foods from all the food groups and stay away from packed factory food and fast foods as much as possible because of all the extra fats, salt, sugar and chemicals they have in them. He also emphasizes the need to get some enjoyable exercise several times per week. Dr. Colbert's plan is simple and effective, it does not go to extremes. He does recommend taking a few vitamin supplements such as a good multi-vitamin and a few others, but I just take vitamin "D" and "B12" and I feel great and I don't get colds in the winter like I used and I heal fast also. The neat thing about "The Bible Cure For Weight Loss And Muscle Gain" is that it's only 85 pages cover to cover so you can read it in a couple of days, then refer back to it as much as needed to get the principles of good nutrition locked into your mind and daily routine. So now in 2013 I weigh 215 pounds and I am keeping the extra pounds off because once you learn the basics of good nutrition you can use it to your advantage to stay healthy.

    It Works!

I've been trying to loose those extra pounds for 11 months by exercising 4 times a week. I never lost one pound. After reading this book and following most of the guidelines, (along with exercising just 4 times a week) I've lost 12 pounds! (All in about 3 months time!) IT REALLY DOES WORK. My sister and son-in-law have also lost weight after reading the same book! I'd recommend it to anyone who really wants to loose weight and feel better too! My headaches (that I had frequently) are gone too!
