30 day jump start
I bought this as a gift for my parents. We have all used different recipes from the book, which are great. Only thing disappointing about the book is that it says you can substitute items you don't like, however they don't give you options. Because each day has a max amount of calories we never new if the substitution went below or over the max for the day. But the book did get my parents and me in the habit of eating 5 times a day, with snacks always being some sort of fruit or vegatable.

Loved this book
This book helped to motivate me into losing weight. In 2 months I'm down 13 pounds and almost 2 dress sizes! This has a lot of good exercises for low and high impact. The recipes are great and my whole family likes them.

Great book!
I read the book front to back, bought everything that I needed for the kitchen, and lost 30 lbs in 30 days. It is just like any other diet/fitness routine. If you dont stick to it, it wont work. The exercising is not hard, but you need to stick to the diet!

For Biggest Loser Fans
I haven't done the full thirty days, but I have tried a few of the recipes and I really liked them. This book is full of tid bits from the season 7 players also. I would suggest this book for anyone looking for new recipes to start their new diet plan off right.

Jump! Start!
A great guide about jump starting your weight loss plan. It's from the Biggest Loser, so it really gives lots of good details and a good plan in order to lose the most weight and get in shape in 30 days.

Great Book
The book is easy to understand and the recipes use ingredients that can be found locally. The work out pictures are easy to follow.

Highly Recommended - you must check it out!
It was great to see the Biggest Loser complex in Southern Utah this summer. It gave me high hopes to diet on my own. I came home to start my 30 day fitness. I figure I could do this for 30 days. I'm not a die hard, to the book kind of gal but I have tried to stay close to the jump start and in 30 days, today is my 30th day, I have lost 10 lbs. It doesn't seem like much but for someone who has tried a gazillion diets, I seem to stick to this one the best.

Don't buy on the Nook!
Horrible editing for a diet book. Came across 5 recipe errors in the first 50 pages. What diet recipe has "? cup steel cut oats prepared with ? cup water"? This also occured in another recipe book that I bought, so just avoid the cookbooks all together.
