The best bistro book to date! I'm half way through and have already gained ten pounds.Concise, well organized approach to my favorite meals.

Great cookbook!
This cookbook will inspire you to try your hand at bistro cooking, and the results will be delicious. I checked this book out from our local library and after cooking a few things from it, I decided I MUST buy it to have it on hand all the time. Covers the bistro classics, sometimes with contemporary updates.
