Exercises escalate to difficult postures/movements but anyone can start with the initial exercises. If you remain motivated, you will see improvement in your strength and flexibiity. Prefer these exercises as I can do them anywhere. Reviewed the book with a trainer at my gym and they were impressed with the exercises. Like the author, they stress proper nutrition with the exercise program. I also purchsed the Nook version so I can have the exercise program with me when I travel!
