-3 basic principles that help keep your "brain operating system" in top condition
-3 informational diseases
One of my favorite quotes: "Your head may be full of the best ideas ever concieved by humankind, but they will never have the slightest effect on the world if you aren't willing to step out of your routine and act."
This is a great tool to help you get out of your own way. As Ilchi says (on page 125 2nd edition paperback), "All the problems in the world were created by the human brain, and within the human brain lie all the answers."
