    Great Information, finally a workable weight loss plan

    I saw George Blackburn on Scientific Frontiers and found him very interesting so I looked to see if he had published anything and I found this book. I probably had the book a couple of months before I started reading it and now wish I had started reading it the moment I got it. His plan for losing weight makes sense, is easy to follow and it works. Both my husband and I are using his method and are finding it a solution that we can live with moving forward. He gives you plenty of helpful hints to make things easier and he has the research to back up what he proposes. This is definitely not a fad diet, this is a lifestyle that can and does work. One thing is that you do have to go slow with losing the weight which can be frustrating, we know we all want it gone now! but it is a healthy way to move forward, lose weight and keep it off. I'm trying to be patient, not easy for me but I really do believe his method is a healthy way to go. The book is easy to read and I will be keeping this book as a reference. If you are looking for a healthy way to lose weight and keep it off, I would highly recommend this book.
