    Loved it!

    Ms. Bain sure knows how to keep a reader in suspense...and knows how to tug at the heart, too! From the start of the story, the author keeps you on the edge of your seat, as scared and worried about Lydia as the heroine is for herself. This story is also full of unexpected lessons in human nature and all its weaknesses. Not judging is so hard when we believe that what we see is all there is. This is a great story full of heart and wisdom. I loved it!

    Better than TV movies!!!

    So glad I woke up at 3am on a Saturday and had "Breathless" by my bed!!! Best Saturday I've spent in a looooong time! Read it all the way through and then wished there were more. BUT - I hear there is with a sequel coming out. Can't wait! Believable characters and twisty-turny situations that keep you on the edge of your seat (or bed)!

    Good clean Reading

    This was a well written book, the ending was totally breathless,

    Awesome book!

    Once I started this book it was hard to put down! It kept me hooked from start to finish! I would suggest it to anyone!

    Wonderful read -- can't wait for more

    The book is very enjoyable. From the beginning, the book drops you right into the action and keeps going. The writing is wonderful and easy to get into from beginning to end. Getting to know Lydia, her history and her new-found love interest keep your attention throughout. Combined with the twists of Lydia being terrorized, you don't want to put the book down...and then you're sorry it's over when you turn the last page. I can't wait for next books and future as an author.
