It appears that a true Springsteen fan and this author couldn't be more different. After painfully getting through the introduction (I got this book because of Springsteen not because I wanted to hear the author's opinions on Walt Whitman or anyone else for that matter), I read the first 'story'. It was like reading a transcription. Too many meaningless words. I've seen Bruce in concert 10 times and I'd bet that the author hasn't seen him once. If he had then he'd understand his target audience and how to write to us. This was pathetic. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. The quintessential connection
'The Boss' Bruce resinates with words that transcends the embodiment of conscious thought. This book provides insight to that connection which marinates most with its author. Enjoy! Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.
