A reviewer
I went looking for a computer build and repair book, written by an author and published by a publishing house that knew the subject well enough to make it simple and, dare I say it, even captivating. Well, Stuart Yarnold's 'Building a PC: In Easy Steps' was exactly what I needed. It's written in very straightforward and even charming language, and is printed on high-glossy pages with vibrant, full-color pictures that really jump out at you... With that said, the only minor shortcoming I found with this book is that I'd have liked it to have shown some simplified inflow/outflow diagrams of bus lanes coming into and out of the essential components, particularly the CPU, with a particular emphasis on specifying the width of the bit lanes as they trace through everything.
