Simple and useful
This is a good app, simple and easy to use. I have tried many calculations and they have all come out right (even percentages as some have said it cannot do right). All of you out there that are whining that this app should be free please realize that if you had don...
This is a good app, simple and easy to use. I have tried many calculations and they have all come out right (even percentages as some have said it cannot do right). All of you out there that are whining that this app should be free please realize that if you had done the work to make this app you would want compensation. If you are upset with BN that they did not provide a free one, this review area is not the place for those complaints, you are just damaging the rating of this developer, not getting your message to BN.

You're all a bunch of whiners...
Uhmm. An e-reader, guys. You bought an E-READER. You did not buy a tablet PC. And let's take a look at the fact that the nook color is half the cost of the cheapest iPad. I really can't make sense of people going "oh my god I should go buy an iPad instead of paying 99 c...

I really can't make sense of people going "oh my god I should go buy an iPad instead of paying 99 cents for a calculator!!!" It's going to take a long time for those apps to add up to the price difference for the iPad.
I just sold my iPad, actually. Is this thing even half as powerful? Nope! But I wanted something small and basic. That's right, I DOWNGRADED. And I'm not dead. Amazing! If you want to spend the rest of your lives plugged into the internet and mindless apps instead of reading and learning, be my guest.
Anyway, it's a calculator. No, it's not a friggin' Texas instrument. It's a basic calculator for on the go on an e-reader. And honestly, it probably will be free in the future. They just barely announced the apps. Would a little patience kill you?

Fine!
This calculator is cheap and can hold 14 digits, which is more than any phone, iPod, or reader calculators.

Simple and functional.
This is exactly what I wanted- just a basic calculator. It works flawlessly on my Nook Color. I have had it for over a month and I love it!

AWESOME!!!!!!
This app is a really good app! And to the person who said that u want a ipad just because of one app, not only is that hurting the person that made this app but that is also hurting the sales at BN! So once again this app is AWESOME!!!!!!

Good app!
It's nothing fancy, but nice and big (I can see it without my glasses)and works just fine. It's just calculator but a good one at that. I did read a previous review about not being able to deal with "percents". I'm not sure what they are referring to, but you can. I do think that a basic calculator should have come stock in the NC but this one is nice to have.

Calculator App
This app is really good and helpful and I've had it for quite a while. This app is highly recommended from me especially since it is easy to use and understand. So if you want tok try it out you will probably like it. P. S. I am only 9 years old of age so that is pretty good if you realky think about it. It helps me with my math homework even though sometimes I use a regular calculator. I hope this review is helpful. Sincerely with pleasure......Anonymous.

It is cool
Its a very good app. Dont think about the price. Think about the screen size and button size and forget about the .99 cents. Just keep in mind that you will not be able to anything related to percents.

Great app. No glasses needed for this calculator. Uses the full screen. Easy use. Love it best so far, from the bought apps.

Its a calculator.
Does what its supposed to. Does it very well and the keys are nice and big and it has alot of digits in the screen... can do lots with this adding machine haha worth the buck!

Great App -Check it out
This is a really useful app I use it to calculate tips, pay bills and the like. There are others out there who may offer Apps like this for free but they make up for it in the pricing of their product. I particularly like the big buttons on this calculator as for percentages I use decimals such as 0.15 for 15% to calculate tips and it works like a charm. I haven't actually tried the percent sign I never really had to use it. The only fault I have found is the calculator is a bit sensitive but corrections can be made simply by clicking the back arrow. It's a must have for me. Highly recommended.

Not bad for the price.
If you're looking for a calculator to do complicated equations, this is not the right calculator but it works great for basic math. It will be great at the grocery store for simple comparisons.

SUPER GREAT!!!!!
WORKS, and does what it's suppose to do. Basic functions, and works like you want a calculator to work. That's basically all most people need a calculator to do.

Good app
This is a good app to have for only 99 cents. I do wish the nook would have come with a calculator already on it though just seems kind of a rip off that you pay 200 dollars for it and you dont even get something as basic as a calculator but oh well still love it .
