A must have book. It will change your life
Reading a book about reducing stress can in itself be stressful, and Dr. Schacher gets that. His book does not bark out orders or demean readers, rather it presents information in a simple and informative fashion that leaves readers confident, and well, quite frankly calm. With a solid grasp on what stress is and what it does, "Calm" explains why one day a lost contact lens is no big deal and why on another day it feels like the end of the world. The tone of the book is encouraging without being pushy or arrogant. It engages readers and makes them a part of the self discovery rather than an outsider. The best thing about Calm is that the steps are easy to understand and apply but even easier to continue using.
