Soon after I purchased this work, I discovered that only Volumes I and II were readable on my Nook. I went to a B&N store and discussed the problem with a B&N sales rep. The B&N sales rep called tech support, and told me that the publisher needed to correct the problem. It should take two weeks, she said. Three weeks later I called the B&N 800 number, followed the instructions re archiving/un-archiving, and found out that the problem had still not been fixed. Volumes III-V were still not readable.Tonight, nearly six weeks after I originally brought the attention to B&N, I went to a B&N store and did a sample reading of Volumes I-V, and found out that Volumes III-V are still not readable. After nearly six weeks, the problem is STILL not fixed. A fire needs to be placed under the publisher to fix the problem. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, from both B&N and the publisher.
