Why Aren't You Reading This Book

Many days and nights I sat with little energy and read and reread chapters from this wonderful book. I have loaned or given copies to friends throughout the years who have been diagnosed with or have been care givers to cancer patients It's written in simple, short chapters which helped me because concentrating for any length of time was difficult. It was a blessing. It's not complicated. It's easy reading and it is so helpful. Please read this book. By the way, I'm cancer free!!

    Encouraging and Motivational!

The author gives it to you straight. He gives you hope and helps you to take responsibility for your health/wellness and your recovery. He encourages you to ask your doctors questions and offers some questions to ask. He shows you how to participate in your recovery removing the victim status. It will motivate those not facing cancer now to take steps to avoid cancer in the future by following his suggestions.
