I mistakenly bought the wrong book and read it anyway. I kept reading it thinking that it would get better. My mistake again. I guess you get what you pay for.

Holt Tyler is a man who goes after whatever he wants, and he wan

Holt Tyler is a man who goes after whatever he wants, and he wants Raquel. She wants him too, but she’s nervous about it, so he takes the lead in giving her a night that she may never forget. He’ll take what she offers and walk away in the morning. That’s his plan anyway.

Raquel has been working as a waitress at a truck-stop in order to hide from her rich and powerful controlling father. There is something about Holt that has her doing something that she has never considered doing with any other man. When Holt sees how she is living and learns the reason why, he decides to kidnap her to remove her from the situation she has created for herself. He’ll take her home with him until she is able to stop hiding from the people who are searching for her. But as they spend more time together his feelings for her start to change. Can he talk her into making a future with him? Or will she walk away from him when she no longer needs to hide?

I received an e-copy of this book as a gift from the author.
