The Cardio-Free Diet is the right diet!!!
This book is completely true and makes total sense! Muscle burns more fat, therefore, the more muscle you have the more fat burned... such a simple solution, I don't know why it took so long for a book like this to come out. Also, the food guide is a hassle-free thoughtless way to eat better and eat right!!

I didn't believe it until I tried it
I tried the South Beach Diet 4 summers ago and got into great shape but gained all my weight back plus an extra 10lbs by the time Christmas rolled around. That's when I became a 'cardio-junkie' but have not been able to lose these last 15lbs. I actually had the privledge of listening to the author speak this past winter at a leadership summit for the executives in our company and was a non-believer when he talked about his 'Cardio-Free' philosophy...but he was quite the entertainer might I add! Anyway, I was a skeptic at first but as he started to describe the issues with running, I grabbed my knee because I was going through the same injury issues he was talking about. Then he talked about how running for long periods of time can work against me trying to lose weight. Needless to say, I bought his book. It's been only been about 6 weeks since I've started and I've already lost 10lbs and have about 4 more to go. I've never been more tone in my life and my knees no longer hurt...consider me 'Cardio-Free' for life!

Thank you Mr. Karas
I purchased the Cardio-Free Diet after seeing Jim on The View last month. Let me tell you... it has worked. I am down 6 pounds since starting the program and could not be happier with how I feel. The message is straight to the point and is a quick read. It finally all makes sense. As a dedicated runner for many years and not seeing results, it is great to finally try something that makes sense. Thank you Jim Karas!!

A reviewer
Eat less, move more. That is the only way to lose weight and reduce your risks for heart disease and cancer. Any book that says otherwise is propagating harmful lies to the American people. This type of thinking is contributing to the obesity epidemic.

Work Smarter
Loved this book. I think he hits the nail on the head when he talks about working out smarter, rather than harder. It took me a long time to realize this, but makes perfect sense.
