Dry but informative
In Catholic Christianity, Kreeft has summarized the beliefs of Roman Catholics as documented in the Catechism of the Catholic Church. He aims his book at Catholics or other Christians who wish to better understand the philosophies of the Church. As such, the book assumes a strong knowledge of the New Testament and is not a great reference for non-Christians. Kreeft¿s writing is informative but dense. The book is difficult to read from cover-to-cover, and Kreeft even repeats some passages word-for-word in different sections. It would best be used as a reference book.
