As those who've read other reviews of mine know, I love a bit of paranormal in my mysteries, so this series is right up my alley. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.
Alison is having strange dreams about her father, and it just ramps up her disappointment that her dad hasn't visited her since she's been able to see spirits. Her mother and daughter have seen him so Alison's a bit hurt since she was so close to her dad. Then through her mother, she meets a very interesting ghost Lawrence Laurentz, who wants Alison to solve his murder...and to up the ante he tells her that if she doesn't help him then she'll never be able to talk to her father.
With the assistance of "resident ghosts" Paul and Maxie, Alison sets out to find the killer. Toss in a new possible suitor, one couple staying at the guesthouse who Alison fears will leave because they think she's nuts (lol) and you have another roller-coaster ride.
