The only Diet works for me!
After blood type tests and body measurments I found that I am a Hunter. I made a conscious effort to cut out coffee, milk, and gluten and eat more protien. After the more difficult first two weeks I ended up losing 30 pounds in five weeks! I feel wonderful, like nothing can stop me!

The book was interesting - it's taken the blood type diet to the next level. The only problem is that the book conflicts with the website so you really need to use both.
