Madness has never been so beautiful...
I actually read this book cover to cover, which is saying something as far as gaming books are concerned! The authors include lots of information to really get you into the mindset of the Changelings and explain everything in ways that are easy to understand. Nothing goes into too much depth, so you'll need the sourcebooks if you want more information on different subjects. Unlike other gaming books, game rule information is spread out all over the book and the table of contents isn't much help. You'll use the index in the back a lot to find what you're looking for.

The best New World of Darkness game yet.
This is not the Changeling you remember from the Old World of Darkness that White Wolf ended a few years back. Instead of playing the Fae themselves, characters are now mortals kidnapped, enslaved, and twisted to suit the whims of their masters, the True Fae. Play begins after the characters have escaped Arcadia and made their way to a world where they no longer belong. This may be the only one of White Wolf's re-vamped concepts that is as good as - or even an improvement on - the original.
