Charmed Destinies is Charmed

These stories provide wonderful fantasy worlds without being too outlandish and leave the reader with a great feeling at the end of them. I especially was thrilled to find Cahterine Asaro's story in this collection as I have read all of her Charned Destinies books and this lives up to her standards. Easy reading and great escapism.

One for the shelves

While this book didn't grip me to the pages like a vice, it wasn't poorly written and is certainly one for the romantic section in your personal library. I read it in small doses when I needed a romantic fix and like a "stock character" in a book, Charmed Destinies fit the bill. Not a bad read but not gripping.

Good Book Really, Really enjoyed 'Drusilla's Dream' by Rachel Lee

This is one of my first Fantasy novels i've read, and it is entertaining. I was dissapointed with the first story, 'Counting Crows' by Mercedes Lackey. But the second Was great! 'Drusilla's Dream' by Rachel Lee. I haven't read the third, I will today. It is 'Moonglow' by, Catherine Asaro. I was hoping to see some other reviews so someone could maybe suggest other good ones by Rachel Lee. Or, better ones by Mercedes Lackey. I'm new to this fantasy stuff.
