Forget restrictive diets
While I haven't read this book, I have bought 3 other fat loss programs by Joel Marion. This guy knows a lot when it comes to fat loss. His programs work, and you get to enjoy the foods you love without starving yourself. This is not your typical diet that will make you gain all the weight you lost back. It's not easy. I have gotten rid of all other diet books
I bought this book on a whim and it has been one of the best things I have ever done! I have gotten 15 other people as excited about it as I am. This is a book that is worth reading in its entirety BEFORE starting it. In it, there is sound information about the body with repeated dieting attempts. It is reasonable and it keeps you excited about losing weight. I have about 130 pounds to lose and if I think about doing one type of food, i.e. low carb/hi protein, for the time it would take to lose that amount, I am looking at two years until I can have pizza or cookies, or nachos. That just isn't doable. Cheat to Lose gives you this opportunity throughout the diet, which in turn, keeps you motivated to keep going! I love it and have emptied my house of any other diet books I had accumulated, which was about 50 other books!! Try it, but only if you are ready to succeed!!! :)Was this review helpful?
