    more from this reviewer

    Kraft and other co. getting thier recipes out. Not what I was looking for.

    If I wanted to make canned food for dinner I would have continued to get Kraft Mag. This book is not for real cooks but for those who are afraid to spend time cutting raw produce.

    TOO EASY AND SIMPLE THAT I COOKED THE DAY I PURCHASED IT

    I'M LATIN AND USUALLY COOK LATIN FOOD AND AMERICAN BECAUSE MY HUSBAND BUT NEVER REALIZE MYSELF COOKING CHINESE, CHINESE ITS ACTUALLY ONE OF MY FAVORITE FOODS I AM NOT AN EXPERTISE COOKING BUT I LOVE DOING IT, I'M LEARNING BUT I TOUGHT CHINESE WASN'T EASY, WELL I WENT TO BARNES AND NOBLE AND I FOUND IT ON SALE AND I BOUGHT IT ON THE WAY HOME I WENT TO GROCERY STORE AND COOKED A RECIPE FROM IT FOR DINER THE SAME DAY I COUDN'T BELIEVE HOW EASY, FAST AND INEXPENSIVE INGREDIENTS, HERE IS SOME OF THE RECIPES IT COMES WITH:CRAB CAKES, STEAMED PORK WONTONS WITH SWEET SOY DIPPING SAUCE, EGG DROP SOUP, CHINESE CHICKEN STEW, BEEF SOUP WITH NOODLES, MANDARIN PORK STIR FRY, SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN, CASHEW CHICKEN, KUNG PO CHICKEN, RED SNAPPER WITH ORANGE-PLUM SAUCE, STIR FRIED CRAB, STEAMED FISH WITH BROCCOLI,
    MINI EGG ROLLS, CHINESE ALMOND COOKIES, FORTUNE COOKIES AND MANY MORE
    I REALLY SUGGEST THIS BOOK IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A CHINESE COOKING BOOK, GOOD LUCK.
