Edith Ryan welcomes a myriad of guests into her Christmas Valley, Oregon bed and breakfast after learning that her children and grandchildren will not be home for the holidays. Inspired by her husband's sermon on hospitality, she is reminded that she could be 'entertaining angels unawares.' This novella is well written with characters that the reader will soon embrace. The Christmas message is prevalent throughout and is a perfect read during a frosty winter's night. Highly recommended!

Well written, loved the characters! Made me call my parents and tell them I loved them and hopefully, next year I'll be there for Christmas.

    Are there angels among us?

Welcome to Christmas Valley. It's a small town with it's good points & bad, like any other. When the only Bed & Breakfast decides to stay open for the holidays, because their children can't come, an odd assortment of guests arrive. At the same time, a "hippie" bus pulls into town, much to the dismay of many of the residents. The Christmas bus is about how God works through others. It's not a preachy book, but it does have a story to tell, and a lesson to be learned. It's a real heart-warming book, with it's laughter and tears. Well, worth the time & money, to read.

Great Read for the Christmas season

Inspiring reminder of what we should focus on during the Christmas season. Myrtle is such a fun example of an unexpected angel. We so often talk about the spirit of Christmas, but it can be a struggle to apply it to our every day lives.

    I BOUGHT IT

A perfect Christmas story. It is a tightly woven story with characters which are believable and you will be saying, I know someone just like that. Perhaps Myrtle helped write this book. Give yourself a Christmas treat. Read it.
