I enjoyed the book so much. Of course I am very partial to it since I know one of the people. There is a story in this book and I know the person personally. It was about her Christmas Miracle and how she never thought she would get pregnant again after getting breast cancer. It's about her survival of that and her Christmas Miracle that came, now 15 years ago.

Moving and Inspiring!
The first story I read in this collection is Ingrid Briles' "A Christmas Healing". What a powerful and moving story. I am touched by the sensitivity and honesty with which the story is written. I decided to purchase the book for my Nook after reading this story and I can only imagine that the rest of the book is just as inspiring as Ms. Briles story.

Short stories of miracles
This is the perfect book to help you get into Christmas by reminding you of what Christmas is really all about. The authors have taken true stories from different authors and wrote them into this book. These are all short stories about miracles that has happened to different people. They are so touching that you may even see a miracle that has happened to you! Their is a story about everything from births, deaths, injuries, and poverty , each with their own message of hope and faith. You can sit down and read one short story or read as many as you want, one thing I am sure of it that this book will touch your heart and let you remember the reason for the season of Christmas. I hope these stories remind readers that Christmas is a time of miracles, starting with the first one over two thousand years ago with the birth of a baby boy in a manger who came to save the world.

Stirring stories of Christmas will touch the heart
Christmas Miracles by Cecil Murphey & Marley Gibson is the perfect book to help you get in the right frame of mind for the holidays by reminding you of what Christmas is really all about. The authors have taken true stories from a variety of authors about their own Christmas miracles. Births, deaths, injuries, and poverty are themes all touched on here, each with their own message of hope and faith. I definitely recommend keeping a box of tissues handy while reading. The stories are overflowing with emotion and written to remind readers that Christmas is a time of miracles, starting with the first one over two thousand years ago with the birth of a baby boy in a manger who came to save the world. Some miracles in this story are of the huge, biblical variety, others are far smaller, more a matter of the heart, but each is a reminder that God loves each and every one of us.
