Never a miss!
Rachael Ray's cookbooks are all quite good. This one is one of my favorites, and as the other reviewer stated...the only downside is that there aren't many desert recipes at all.

A Great, Versatile One-Volume Cookbook
My best friend gave me this book for my birthday one year, and it was one of the first I owned. It has been incredibly useful. Like it says, it is the "all-occasion cookbook." Besides having a ton of regular 30-minute meals, she also includes recipes for parties, date nights, and kids. The parties section has been a life-saver, especially the "Cooking for 10 in 30" recipes. It is also nice to know that I can make something special for two in such a short amount of time. Most of the recipes for kids are still adult appropriate, but simple to make and requiring few ingredients. If you could have only one cookbook, this would be a very useful one.

Not for the health conscious.
This book is exactly what is says it is, quick meals. Just don't expect healthy. Almost everything is battered and fried then covered in a sauce and or cooked in bacon. Love Rachel Ray but not all the junk that goes into these quick recipes.

Great cookbook!
I am never disappointed with Rachel Ray's cookbooks. I love the way she encourages cooks to substitue and improvise with her recipes, and even offers suggestions. I like to make her dishes, then the next time or two I will play with a few ingedients and be creative. It's fun and all yummy/ yummo! This is an inexpensive cookbook crammed with recipes; the value is unbeatable!
Keep up the good work, Rachel!1 out of 1 people found this review helpful.

Lovely Book...
This is the only cookbook I have from her, but the recipes are so yummy with lots of great pictures. Only one downside, there's only two dessert recipes in the entire book. She has it broken down between everyday meals, party meals and kdis meals... but some of those recipes are quick and easy for adults. This book is a definite must for any Rachael Ray fan!
