A MUST FOR ALL SOCIALITE-WANNA-B'S!
This book was funny, informative, edgy, and animated all in one. I'd read about its release and pre-ordered it so that I'd have it on April 6th when it came out. The book is very colorful and vivid. The pics and illustrations really let Derek get his point across when describing transforming oneself from classy to trampy, and it's really just a fun read for all young ladies that may be caught up in today's faux paus by the young elite. I loved it!

A must read for ladies everywhere!
I had heard so much buzz about this book in the months leading up to it's release on twitter. I bought the book the day it came out and read it within the first hour of purchasing it. Derek Blasberg's witty repartee is showcased amazingly throughout the book. This book shows ladies everything from etiquette to style and everthing in between. It's full of wonderful illustrations and photos that give a visual aid for nearly everything that Derek stresses. This book challenges girls to act more like ladies and less like tramps. This book is tongue-in-cheek, fabulous fun. In other words, I LOVED IT!

Although I think he makes a nice point, girls these days are trashy, and yes, it's written in a light and comical way, but-why are women being asked to change their behavior? Men are loud, obscene, and often times very inappropriate, yet no one tells them how to dress or act in public. Girls these days are only taught by to dress and act the way they do by how they perceive what men want! I'm not saying it's right, and like I said, this book offers a cute reality check, but what role are men playing and the media playing in this? Sometimes it's nice to dress up like a skank and get trashed, yet even if the most prude and conservative girls do that even once they get insulted or chastised! How many men can go out with their buddies and belch openly, comment on women's clothes, cleavage, and grab asses without so much as a consequence or comment??? I think there's a lot of hype surrounding this book, but I don't understand why, and I don't understand why no one's looking at the underlying roots to this trashy culture girls are brought up in nowadays.

Loved this book and living by it!
This book was a great find for me. I am 100% for how you present and carry yourself. This book is a good polishing tool for young women and women who want to be classy ladies. Even the little tips about fashion at the airport were great. This is a great book and a must read for everyone.

Class: It's just not something you attend
I had heard of this book via Teen Vogue a while ago, but didn't (regrettably) pick it up until recently. And I haven't been able to put it down since...it is definitely a book worth reading and it is also worth the money! Essentially, this book is for everyone...and teaches us young women and girls how to be more ladylike, how to be the perfect hostess and plan parties (this was one of my favourite chapters), and even gives tips on what to read as well as watch. I think we could all do with a little more class in this world.

The Classy Excellence
I loved how this book wasn't just one of those self-help guides that made everything TOO practical: it was just enough to guide any girl on how to become one of those A-list, classy celebrities, even if she never stepped foot on the red carpet. I loved this book because of all it's good laughs, great advice, and the ability to be advice that you would never forget. It deals with all aspects of a girl's life, not just teaching you which fork is for which meal. It deals with everything a normal young lady could relate to and is definitely worth giving a shot to read.
