    Coaching Wisdome

    Mike Harrity did an unbelievable job digging up items that people in everyday life can take from this book. This is not your normal leadership/coaching book. This is a book that brings the small items of being successful to life with real in depth stories from successful people. It shows the effort, sacrifice and time given to build a great foundation for life, your company or team. So many of the items Mike touches on are often forgot in today's world. If you want to be successful and have a great understanding of what it takes, this is a must read!
