I just read this book yesterday (in a matter of hours) and I have to say that it was excellently written. I love how the Erin Hunters explained everything in the warrior code with relative and believable stories. I liked the parts where different cats would speak about the code (like Whitestorm with addressing tresspassers- that part was FUNNY) and the excerpts that featured the consequences of breaking that certain petition in the warrior code. The illustrations found throughout the book were superb, as well. I LOVED many of the names that the Erin Hunters came up with for the characters in this book, like Sunfall (who, by the way, was the leader when Bluestar was deputy, as you probably know) and Morningcloud and Oakleaf. Moving on, I found the passage featuring Darkstripe and Longtail was beautiful insight on their characters, which I had overlooked for Darkstripe. It showed much of their true character that can be fairly easy to not think about without reminders such as this. The Code of the Clans, and all Warriors books for that matter, are excellently written, and I think I like this book and Cats of the Clans as my favourites, just because of that wonderful insight that the Erin Hunters bring you, and the way they make you think of things from a whole different aspect. In addition they bring in so much feeling and emotion from the charaters that you feel you are the character being featured. For example, the passage with Slatefang and Badgerpaw made me SOB when I read it. It was such a depressing scene, and I think only the Erin Hunters could write it in such a way that their readers are in tears after finishing it. Or maybe it's just me. But in any case, I think this book is a wonderful look into the warrior code, mentioned so many times in books but never fully explained. The writers did a superb job writing it, and I'm very glad indeed that they did a book like this. I encourage anyone to pick up the Warriors series and just read it. You've got nothing to lose.

    To Mistkit

"Hush, little one." A pretty silver tabby soothes. "I am Rosestar, the leader of BlossomClan" she wrapped her tail around the kit. "Go to blooming result one to join"
    Rosestar smiled at Mistkit.

Buy "Enter the Clans". It has this book and "Secrets of the Clans", and it's only 8 bucks.

Let me tell you why that's bulls**t

So you kno how the code of the clans says that the word of the leader is the warrior code? Well, it turns out that COULD mean that whatever the leader says is part of the warrior code, right? Then if tigerstar told shadowclan to do all those terriboe things, he wasn't technically breaking the warrior code. Take THAT, starclan!

    Code of the Clans

Have you ever wondered what exactly the warrior code is? Well now you can know. This book will tell you all about all the fifteen codes and why the leaders of the clans included each one of them in the warrior code.
get this book if your a cat of a clan, or even if your a "twoleg" who adore "Warriors."
