A Must For Your Kitchen!
Alas, there's a fantastic nutritional guide with straight forward information from an author who doesn't push his own tastes and food choices as "the way" which one should "diet" or live. This book is an excellent source regarding healthful eating, with informative facts about food genres and popular myths and beliefs; but this work also helps the reader understand where various test results hail from. (And why we may be basing some of our own dietary decisions on falsehoods, or themes that simply don't have enough data to prove them as true). I read this book as soon as it arrived, and have kept it on my kitchen counter ever since - going back to it often - as it's such an easy to use, "go-to" gem, and enjoyable read! Robert Davis has delivered something terrific, and info that's very helpful on a daily basis. I now order additional copies, when invited to the home of another and wanting to bring along something special, as a gift that they will use!
