Not all women love action adventure, but I do! Private contractors for the military and Homeland Security are reality now. Just look at Blackwater! Jeff Abbott has crafted an exciting story about the lack of oversight for contractors earning beaucoup bucks, and the lack of transparency about what they do.

His two main characters are totally sympathetic and well-fleshed out. The story builds and builds. The title, Collision, is a perfect title for what finally shakes out. No spoiler alert here though. As I read it, I totally played it out as an exciting movie in my mind. This was my favorite of all his books so far. Highly recommend if this is your genre and you like reading about spy craft

    Doesn't go beyond entertaining

The plot is kind of too convoluted for its own good and, no spoiler alert here, don't worry, when you finally get to the unwinding of it, highly unbelievable. It's entertaining for the gym, airplanes... but doesn't go beyond it.
