Great Book Highly Recommended
This is the only A+ study guide as of Feb. 2012, that I know of that includes coverage of Windows 7 that was added to the test in 2011. I'm using it along with "Upgrading and Repairing PCs (19th Edition)". Written in a style that teaches you the topics not just stuff to memorize.

Helped me pass my exams
This is a very in depth and detailed book, which contains far more information than you really need to know to pass the exams. With that said however, if the topics of the exam are new to you then this book will provide a good reference to learn the materials. I would not use this book as the only item for A+ self-study. It has a lot of typos, errors, and under explained info that would hurt you on the exams (this why I would use multiple study aids, not just one). Also, the structure of the book is all over the place and does not follow the objective of the exams at all (this is the main reason why only three stars). Other than that it is a decent book to use as a secondary reference.

Do NOT buy this book on the NOOK as you DO NOT get the DVD contents which include 2 "free" practice exams! I've tried contacting the world for help to no avail.
