Not worth it
Very disapointing, the synopsis leads you to believe that the book includes a list of the nutritional values of over 3500 foods and that you can take it food shopping and to restaurants with you to help you to make informed choices on you food decisions. There is no such list, I feel cheated. The book was 28 pages of basic information, just glad I didn't waste too much money on it.
