Would not recommend!

I don't think this is a very good plan...saying not to count calories/fat, but instead count everything that is not water. Not too sure on how this would work in everyday life...just me!

    Only for the Obsessive-Compulsive & those with low self-esteem!

    This book's obsessive focus on daily weighing effectively means exchanging a food addiction for a weighing addiction. There is no mention of exercise anywhere(!), and Ms Ehrlich betrays a jaw-dropping ignorance of basic nutritional facts to boot.
